Camp T-shirt Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1 - The promoter is: Camp Canada Ltd (company no. 13174139) whose registered office is 44 Simpson St, Liverpool, L1 0AX

2 - The giveaway is open to entrants worldwide who are aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Camp Canada (and their associated brands), their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway.

3 - There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.

4 - By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5 - The route to entry for the giveaway is to like, comment and share the post on stories. If the above steps are completed, entrants will be automatically entered into a random draw to win an exclusive Camp Canada t-shirt.

6 - To enter, the individuals must have an Camp Canada First Timer application for summer 2025 in the accepted and beyond stages. Only one entry per person is permitted⁠.

7 - The closing date for entry will be Monday 18th of November 2024 12:00 pm (GMT). The three winners will be notified on Tuesday 19th November 2024 from the Official Camp Canada Instagram account.

8 - No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9 - Camp Canada Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

10 - Camp Canada Limited also reserves the right to cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.

11 - The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

12 - The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.

13 - The prize for the three winners is one exclusive Camp Canada T-shirt each.

14 - The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. These prizes are provided by third parties and we cannot claim any responsibility or liability for any changes made to the products by the relevant providers.

15 - The winners will also be subject to any third-party providers/prize provider's terms and conditions.

16 - It is the responsibility of the prize winners to ensure their ability to use the prize as meant.

17- We will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winners that arises out of their failure to be able to use any prize or misuse of it. Nor will we have any obligation to substitute an alternative prize, cash equivalent or other compensation that a prize winner is unable to accept.

18 - The three winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received and verified by the Promoter.

19 - The winners will be notified by their publicly accessible contact method within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

20 - The promoter will liaise with the winners on how the prize will be booked and distributed upon claim. Once booked, the Promoter claims no responsibility for any changes or alterations made by third parties.

21 - The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

22 - The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

23 - The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely by current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

25 - This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, YouTube, Alphabet, or other businesses. You are providing your information to Camp Canada Limited and its associated brands and not to any other party. 26 - A failure by us to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any entrant or prize winner, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights in relation to the same.

27 - Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded.

28 - To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or prize winner in connection with the giveaway howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing herein shall operate to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

29 - If any provision of these General (or any Specific) Terms are held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue in full force and effect.
